Please make ratings matter

For all who remember what killed last years version for most was that ratings on key positions e.g. lineman just didnt matter -- Remember the thread "ratings and the easter bunny" and if you put all your linemen across the board at the lowest rating possible there was effectively no impact..

Can anyone confirm or deny this has changed this year?

i really hope they matter this year. i remember playing in a game last year where the cpus linemen were so hurt that they had the kicker playing on the o line. and he was still holding his own. really hope they fix this
