Adjusting player ratings and making players left out of Madden?

1. Will we be able to adjust player - ratings like in NCAA or will we have to put the players through drills / camps to earn points to be able to change the player - ratings?
(This would suck if we have to earn points to change player -ratings)

2. When making a 'CAP' will it be like in years past and in NCAA where you create the player and have unlimited points for the player's attributes ... or will we have to put them through drills / camps as well to earn attribute points?
(this would suck as well ... especially if you are making a player who was left out of the game)

I think you can adjust any players roster and ratings outside of franchise mode. But you cant touch thier ratings in Franchise mode, only thier equipment, name, etc.

Let's make this a 'sticky', so after the game is released / preseason is over and final roster cuts are done ... we have a place to post missing players, adj. player-ratings, depth-charts, trades, etc.
