How stupid are EA, seriously?

Last year when Madden 10 came out, the replays were never long enough so you only got to see half the play for long plays usually. They then released a patch half way through the year to give us full length replays.

Madden 11 comes out and they give us half length replays yet again

Words fail me sometimes

Are you talking about instant replay or replay during the game ?

He's talking about the automatic cut scene replays in-game...the ones that come with an EA wipe effect. They end abpruptly, and they do.

I don't think that makes EA stupid though.

It would be great if EA would address this in a patch. It really annoys me to perform a great play and want to see it on the replay, but when I go into the instant replay, the beginning of it is 3/4 of the way through the play and you can't go any further back.

Seems like it would be an easy fix

I think they will. IIRC, they did last year

That would be fantastic... also, I noticed another annoyance in the demo that hopefully will be corrected in the full version... occasionally when the refs would bring out the chains to measure for a first down the camera gets all goofy and points toward the ground so you can't see anything... I'll say a silent prayer that this is fixed in the retail version or is soon patched if it isn't.

This doesn't make any sense. This is the reason why plenty of people dislike EA. How can you go from patching in something to make it perfect only to release the next iteration of the game with the same problem?
