I'm gonna trade NHL 10 and Call of Duty 4, what a steal that is. NHL is gonna be worth like 2 bucks in a month.

Edit- It looks like they do that for every release.

awesome! Thanks for the heads up... I'm gonna trade in NHL 10 + MAG.. Actually NHL 10 + FIFA 10. The new versions of both those games will be out in Sept anyways

This is an awesome deal, but I live in Winnipeg and for some ridiculously stupid reason, we can only trade in 1 game towards a purchase. This just happened a few months ago as far as I know because before I used to be able to trade in 2-3 games to get my new sports game fix. Now I'm stuck having to use real money.

Yeah, we have some weird bylaws when it comes to trading in games in Winnipeg. It has something to do with pawn shops and how they lose business to Gamestop, Rogers Video, etc., etc.

I heard it was actually something different than that. Supposedly it all has to do with stealing somehow and how people sell stolen things to the pawn shops. I think it also had to do with people stealing a bunch of trade-in value qualifying games so they could trade in like 2, 3+ games and not have to pay to buy the game.

It really sucks though because now you have to be extremely "choosy" with the games you buy since it's going to be a lot harder to flip them for new games. I guess it's good for the game companies though.

IMO, trading in MW2 + another game for Madden 11 is NOT a steal. MW2 still friggin retails at $49.99 and it's going to stay close to that level until MW3 comes out. While on the other hand, Madden 11 will depreciate faster than the greek dollar, lol. But if you're really SURE that you'll like M11, maybe it's not a bad deal.

Fifa 10 + NHL 10 for Madden 11, much better deal though.

edit- Oh, you meant MW1 maybe? Okay, plausible deal but only because MW1 is obsolete by now. Amazing how it still goes for $34 though. Those solid titles stay at high prices all year long. Hell, my Uncharted 2 game is now only $5 less than when it was first released =)
