Can I get a confirmation that RB ypc's are still low, DT sacks in the 3-4 and in general are still too high.

Has anyone changed the coaching schemes to there correct settings (jets 3-4 instead of 4-3 etc) and simulated a season to check out the sack numbers? Would like to see if this changes the sack distribution.
