Re: Review from a Denver Broncos Columnist

I just got dumber. That's not a review that's a persuasive essay, although not a very persuasive one.

This makes me fear that this guy is "exactly" the casual gamer, that Ian is trying to target.

I'm not huge on the game, but the product is not at all a "theft." My guess is he read other reviews since he didn't comment on gameplay.

he probably has to get enough hits so he can take his check and buy the game , LOL.

Thats how I felt when reading that article, it also didn't help that it was the Bleacher Report.

Uhmmm... He sounded like the casual gamer EA was trying to reach... and he hated it...

Can we go back to what the real fans of Madden want.. Better Gameplay and a Franchise mode that has realistic situations

That was a terrible review, because he just ranted for a couple of paragraphs and did not really talk about the game.. With that said, I can totally understand his frustration with this years madden.

The really really sad part about all this is: the author of this mess was actually paid to write it. I'm not pleased with the fact that no additions were made to franchise, but c'mon !

Re: Review from a Denver Broncos Columnist

Wow. Scathing to say the least.

The only thing I 100% disagree with him on is the graphics. I think it is hard enough to get the players look right as if they are in person on a #D field, even in HD.

I don't even mind the sprint button gone; he is right though that they're is something to this game that is just missing, even from 2010. I think it was a case of EA thinking they are too cool and trying too much.

This is what happens when you don't have competition. The market stagnates and the consumer suffers with a good-yet-could-be-great-if-they-just-cared product.

It is not as bad as '06
