Who is Josh Moore?

In my Patriots franchise I go look at my head coach and instead of it saying NE Coach, like it always does, it says Josh Moore.

And Im still in 1st year.

Pretty sure it's because Bill isn't in the game because of some licensing agreement, or lackthereof

In previous Maddens, starting with '05, Belichick was always shown as NE/Pats Coach much like Parcells as Dal Coach. Looking on Wiki, Belichick and Parcells are not part of the NFL Coaches Association which is why they're not there.

Yeah Belicheck is never in any NFL licensed games. This was taken from the wiki page on him

"In the Madden NFL video game series his name is not used and is known as "NE Coach" because he is not a member of the NFL Head Coaches Association, which licenses the game. Belichick is the only NFL head coach who has chosen not to join the association."

I think the Josh/Donny guess is correct too, I vaguely remember some post earlier this year where they mentioned something funny being in place of Belicheck this year.
