Pros & Cons of controlling all 32 teams

This is the first time I have ever controlled all 32 teams.

What a revalation it has been. I am having the most fun I have had with Madden in 5 years. I love being able to resign key guys for every team and not having the free agent pool flooded unrealisticaly with top tier players who wouldnever not resign. I love being able to comtrol all trades, defensive schemes, coach schemes and the biggest and best part for me will be when I do my first draft for all 32 teams. That is where the biggest value will come in and making sure all the teams draft according to glaring needs first then best player second. But the cool thing is sometimes if a blue chip talent falls to a team and I know the veteran is aging in front of them..I may pull the trigger for that team.

Giving this thread a bump for those of us who are running our 32 team franchise's.

We can post some key offseason moves, give season updates for the league (finals standings, playoff teams, super bowl winners etc.)

I control all 32 teams and when it comes to the draft, what is each team's highest priorities? I know the Steelers pretty well since they are my favorite team.
