Been playing with 12 min 25 sec. runoff with gameflow off and have had realistic number of plays. 11 seems too short and 13 the games seem to drag on.

I play 15 minute quarters with 20 second runoff in coach mode.

This. problem is a number of games going into the 4th quarter start to get out of hand with the number of plays called. An NFL averages around 120 Offensive plays per game. That means it is fine if some are more than that, but some should be less than that as well. Most games with this setting will have around 27-32 plays by the end of the 1st quarter, 57-64 plays by half time, 87-92 plays by the end of the 3rd and will end up with like 130-137 plays at the end of the game [!!!] I don't get it. everything will be right on track and then BOOM the computer gets a bunch of plays in.

i Play 15Min quarters with 25 sec runoff, the play differential is usually something like 65-55

Its bc the 2 min warning is not acc clock. I still play 15 min 25 sec runoff though.

I like 11 minutes 20 second clock. I average around the 120 plays plus get realistic scores and stats from every position including tackles
