The Rams second string QB, Bulger should definitely be rated higher than an 83. That's gotta change!

are u joking me he played 7 games in the most qb friendly offense out there, i mean warner was an okay qb but would have been nothing without that offense.

marc should be more of a 78 in my opinon, u have to prove urself to get above 85

Chad Pennington puts up the highest QB rating in the NFL and it gets him a whopping 88.

Madden is always screwing the Jets.

maybe that should be a 90 but not that much higher he has yet to prove that he can be good every year

I guess the key is what Tom Brady was rated last year (I don't remember, and I traded 2003 in for NCAA). If Brady was a 90 or up, Pennington got robbed, because he had a much, much better statistical year. In the same number of games played, Pennington had more completions in fewer attempts (275-399) vs (264-413), more yards (3,120) vs (2,843), and a much better TD-INT (22-6) vs (18-12).

So what was Brady rated in 2003?

I don't think these are suppose to be up, I'm not tryin to be a snitch but MN and MM got in trouble by EA for having them up. They aren't aloud to release the info till Aug. 5... well its only 3 days so it doesn't really mater but I was just informing the you guys on what happened...
