Depth Chart Positions I'd Like to see added in Madden 12

It would just be sweet if the linebackers were listed as Weak, Strong and Middle... like in real life. I dont know if I've ever heard of a Left Outside Linebacker. It changes dependent upon which side is the strong side.

Formation subs are still in the game and during franchise they stick with the team from game to game. They're live formation subs though, you have to do it when you're calling your plays.

This. With 3-4 defenses, my 2nd MLB is out on special teams and is already tired on 1st down.

The depth chart seems to only account for proper personnel for 4-3 defenses, requiring every team to have 3 DT's and only 2 MLB's regardless of what D each team runs. I'd definitely like to see that fixed, or at least have the special teams depth chart as mentioned above by jvaccaro.

Full formation subs from the game menu are a must.


Adding on to this (good ideas thus far) I would like to be able to choose defensive positions based on passing situations and running situation.

Ideally, I'd like to choose the situation on a case by case basis but would love to see it implemented at somewhat of a default measure for starters.

They've had the LS in for years now. It's between KOS and 3DB.

he wants the actual players put into the game the position is already a part of the DC like you said
