For in-game yes.....so if its ur team then change ur playbook but for CPU teams and for NFL season stats this works, no more 3-4 DT's gettin 10 sacks while there star 2nd MLB sits on the bench

When i play a game it just changes back to 4-3 even though i set it to 3-4 also changes back when i sign a free agent, i think il jus wait for a patch
