I'm in need of a good defensive playbook and gameplan...

So i've spent countless hours working on my offensive playbook and gameplan and found one that works for me. My defense is giving up too many big plays. My sliders are set perfectly because the total yards per game and stuff all are right. Please suggest a defensive playbook and a gameplan to go with for a 3-4 defense starring Asomugha, Mayo, Clay Matthews, and John Abraham....i wanna stop the big play. I'm also using GameFlow because I love it so the frequency of the plays in the gameplan are needed as well. I'm not very good at calling defensive plays....please help

Do you want to use 3-4 or 4-3? With those types of players though you should be pressing the receivers on D a lot and not needing to send the house with the likes of John Abraham (who is suited to a 4-3 D).

Panthers D is decent... 4-6 in there along with lots of press coverage. You might want to check out Titans D also... 4-4 set which can really dominate.

Eagles if you like blitzing a lot, but again you shouldn't need to if you have a strong front 4.

I'm looking for more pass coverage and stopping the run, doing all out blitzes is not my thing. I'd rather have coverage sacks.
