Well like I think has been pointed out it DOES apply. There is simply a bug/glitch that happens sometimes. This is quality control issue during the testing phase, not an "EA doesn't care" issue.

So it essentially applies sometimes. That's still unacceptable. How would you like it if it didn't apply during a playoff game in your online franchise ?

Isn't quality control EA's responsibility ? I guess apologists will always find a way to apologize.

This isn't the only glitch that's present in the franchise mode.
