In an effort to further open our lines of communication, we're setting up feedback emails for each of our titles today so that all community members have the ability to provide us with feedback on what they are seeing in game. Here's the full list of emails:


Madden NFL Franchise: [email protected]
NCAA Football Franchise: [email protected]
Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Franchise: [email protected]
EA SPORTS MMA: [email protected]
EA SPORTS NHL: [email protected]
NBA ELITE: [email protected]
EA SPORTS FIFA: [email protected]
EA SPORTS Active: [email protected]
NBA Jam: [email protected]
FIGHT NIGHT: [email protected]

We do ask that you keep the emails on point and provide as much detail as possible. Below you will find a detailed list of what we are looking for in the emails if you are reporting an issue or concern:

• Detailed description of the issue
• The exact reproduction steps on how you created the issue.
• Date and time issue occurred
• Gamertag
• Game Mode
• Opponent gamertag(s)
• Screenshot or video(use a digital camera or camera phone)
• Any other pertinent information

When titling the email, please use the following format:

• Franchise, Game Mode, Issue/Concern
  • Example: Madden NFL- Online- Connection Issue

This will ensure that all feedback is received right away and allows for an outlet for members of the community to express concerns without fear of someone else abusing the information that they want to pass along to the development team.

This is actually a nice idea, but so many people are just going to use it as an avenue to abuse.

Their inbox going to be flooded with Madden sux ! Unfortunately I can really see that happening. I wouldn't want to be that guy that have to filter through all those emails to get to a legitimate one.

It beats having those types of things on their forum for the whole world to read. Not that this will prevent that from happening. Most of them probably prefer ranting in public forums where they know people are reading what they type.

Yep, there will be a LOT of hate mail in there....or oversimplified emails that simply say "The defense sucks this year, patch it!!!" instead of filling in the details that they are specifically requesting along with your feedback.

This is pointless, we have wishlists, bugs, and plenty of discussions here covering any possible problem or game topics they would need to deal with. It's been that way for years and years.

Considering they rarely be on these forums, not really. Where as everytime they go to work they have to check their email.
