PLAYERS TURNING COACH IN FRANCHISE

anybody know who the first players are to turn coach in the game this year & what determines which ones do?

ilike to edit the names of players that turn coach before they do, so that i can make me & my friends coaches. any info would be helpful but PLEASE DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT BRETT "STARVE" (ing for attention)

in all seriousness, i dont think favre turns into a coach. he never has in past versions of the game and i doubt he does in this one either.

I know T.O turns into a Head Coach after the 1st season...but no one hires him, so I hire him as a Offensive coordinator(+5 in WR AWR, and other stuff)

Kevin Mawae was my head coach for a few seasons, but this was like 5 years into franchise.

I hired T.O. as my special teams coach first and plan on moving him to a OC after that for fun.

Also saw Mike Vrabel +5 stats to LB's in diff areas, thought of adding him as a DC in the future maybe. But I see the stupid Ron Rivera glitch is in the game.

I have 2 DC's Rivera and D Labeau now??? Add Jeff Fisher as my OC and TO as STC and they carried Mangenius and the Browns into the playoffs 2 years in a row.

Now heading to the super bowl is the next step.

Also since I wanted to see pigs fly and heck freeze over I've been sending xtra pics and good players to the Lions in hopes of a Great Lakes Classic Superbowl.......Lions Browns in the Superbowl?????? Someone spiked the Gatoraide

I saw a Ray Lewis be a Defensive Coordinator he boosted MLB Awareness +3 & Pursuit +2

This is kinda off-topic but who do you think will be a good coach in the NFL when they retire and pursue coaching?
