Game speed more truer: Slow or Normal?

About to start my franchise and my buddy tells me slow is better, while it seems fluid, some passers who throw bombs looks a little sluggish. Is normal the better game speed?

I play with slow and dont have any issues with tweaked sliders.

I'm not sure why, but before the last patch I didn't see a big difference between slow and normal. Now it seems normal is way too fast. I can still play at that speed, so I haven't changed it yet, but I may in the future.

One thing I will say: I don't really see all the glaring problems with this game at normal speed

i play on slow with no problems and imo animations look better.

slow looks more realistic and the animations seem to shine. Fast looks like a mad scramble... Slow just seems to look like what I see on tv on Sundays.
