Changing player positions

I'm playing as the Jets and wanted to convert Sione Pouha to a DE from DT without reducing his ratings? Is it possible? Thanks in advance, fellas.

Ratings really don't matter much..But I don't think there's away around it..

Yes. No ratings change if you change a players position. If you change Peyton Manning to a DT he will still have the same ratings. The useless OVR changes tough.

I made the same mistake of chasing increasing OVR ratings by changing players last year. I ended up with a 96 OVR defense that could not blitz for toffee.

I'll move players around within their play-types (OL/ DL/ LBs) but that's about it. Even then it's a matter of balance (Eg you have 3 80+ tackles but only one Guard).

You can do it offline in player management but you cant do it for Online.

Kinda stupid though because whenever you move a player he loses awareness. Doesn't make sense for a LT to decline in ratings when moved to RT. lol
