Suffered a stroke but still play Madden (sort of)

First of all, sorry to hear about your medical issues. Next, i hope you have a speedy and full recovery. Last, but not least, its good that you have continued with what gives you enjoyment, even if it is a bit limited right now. If you can still play madden after a stroke more power to you, nothing is a better distraction then playing a good video game.

But yeah coach mode in madden 11 is the same as 10, madden 12 might feature some changes to coach mode since they will be changing franchise/superstar mode.
