What about an option [press X/A] to fast forward the play clock/game clock to just before the snap? Other situations would be kneel downs, why wait, press a button. For the record I do like seeing Peyton be Peyton, but for those who don't this would be a solution.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Manning is still beasting in real life when he's 38. The thing that Manning has going for him(unless it changes between now and then) is he has avoided injury and hardly ever get's hit. He is the least sacked QB in the League and as long as his body doesn't fail him he will continue to separate himself as the BEST THAT EVER DID IT at the QB position.
