Re: What do u base your fantasy team on?

I'm also primarily a rushing guy myself. In my current franchise, assuming an average of 60 offensive snaps per game, I'm probably about 40 rushes and 20 passes. I haven't done a fantasy draft yet, but I plan to do an offline fantasy franchise sometime in the next week or two.

The slider set I use is built around 100 speed threshold, which I think does a good job of balancing out power vs speed for RBs. (Mainly by nerfing the speed backs, but they can still get their yards.. and possession type WRs are more valuable as well)

If I was drafting today:

QB: Not terribly important to my gameplan, but I want accuracy higher than the low 80s that I've been dealing with under Matt Stafford

HB: Will draft speed first just because decent power backs should be easier to get later in the draft.

FB: impact blocking, strength, maybe a slight nod to catch /carry.

WR: a speed guy if I can get him for a value, but primarily interested in catching, route running and catch-in-traffic. (This is mainly due to the 100 threshold setting. If I played on default or lower threshold, then pure speed is #1)

TE: two big run blockers, one recieving

OT: strength, balanced between run/pass block but will err on the side of run block.

OG: balance of strength and speed for pull blocking on runs.

DT: stength, block shed, tackle

DE: balanced if possible. I want speed here but probably would pass on guys that are very fast but way low on strength and block shed.

OLB: a mix between block shedding hard hitters for base defense and speed guys for coverage or blitzing from nickel packages

CB: two starters need high MCV and decent Press due to my blitz heavy base defense, speed is nice but won't ignore a guy under 95. nickel/dime need MCV

SS: strength, hit power, tackle, ZCV

FS: speed, balance of MCV / ZCV

K/P: Kick power
