got some potential suitors for my 3-4 d with detroit looking for a suitable le with upside as suh is my re and my nt is sammie hill also looking for an upgrade i got my lb core good to go

le ziggy hood steelers
le red byrant cleveland
le ron brace patriots
le/re marcus thomas free agent/broncos
lolb manny lawson
mlb levy
mlb2 guyton
rolb follett as starters
can i make it with these guys as my lb core do i need to update
i like follett but seems all the elite 3-4 rushers r on the right side follett isnt bad isnt as fast but everything is straight B potential so got a great upside
should i trade for koa misi as my rolb want a project with good potential b/c i'm losing a serviceable rolb

a 34 end is much bigger than a 43 end (34 ends are at least 285 as where 43 ends can be as small as 250) and they are more power type guys who r big run stoppers

suh is actually not a 34 end he is a 43 DT but since in madden technique doesnt matter he actually makes a great 34 end. u might wanna find another one of those smaller more athletic 43DT and move them to DE in ur defense

hawthone is actually more of a coverage linebacker not a pass rusher he would be better as a MLB in a 34 and could play any Lb spot in a 43

if i was you and had michael jhonson, mannny lawson, and follet i would just start manny lawson at LOLB and out of the other 2 i would personally start jhonson at ROLB because the ravens D playbook has the RUSH formation which has ur ROLB playing with his hand on the ground and that is something the bengals do jhonson one play might be at DE and the next is standing up at LB. i think using them like that would be as authentic as it gets (plus with jhonson lawson and guyton u have some of the most athletic LBs in the league

i would go with ziggy hood or alex carrington because they r the most athletic of the bunch the rest of the guys on the list are more NT type of guys

and like i said before i wouldnt go after a young OLB just use the ones u have very good talent and for example the dolphins wouldnt trade koa hes a high potential rookie
