what i do is draft a terrible team. Ex. Draft Haoli Ngata and Justin Tuck rd 1 and 2 than draft in 3rd round a future player for you. By this i mean who do you want as your star yo come. Ex. Ndamukong Suh, Eric Berry, Sam Bradford, CJ Spiller, Jason Pierre Paul etc. Round 3-4 draft your OTs. Usually Mike Oher and Jared Gaither. Rounds 5-10 dnt matter. Either draft players to trade or ur bad overall players. Round 11 draft C Alex Mack and round 12-13, your Guards. After that draft really bad except for if you want your Kicker and Punter. I did this and im entering year 3. In year 1 i traded tuck and ngata for 1,2,3 rd picks. I had 10 picks and they were 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2,3,3 lol. Also i had 1st, 2nd, 5th picks overall. A key to this is don't draft high salary players. Kyle Wilson was the only starter over 70overall in year 1 and besides my O-Line he was the only person making over a Million plus. Its really fun and hard cause your team absolutely sucks in the begging. Now i have 2 players on my team making 95million+ and still have like 50million cap room. Lol. Try it, also you can be the 49ers or move a team and create your own
