players tiring easily

I'm playin in All-Madden and it seems like my players are really getting tired quickly. The thing that really annoys me is then when they are automatically substituted...it takes forever for them to get back into the game. What the heck?!?

Has anybody else noticed this; if so, is there anything that can be done to fix this?

I must say taht I have not noticed this to be a issue- they have done a fine job correcting the issue of fatigue in madden. madden 09 and Madden 10 where both ridiculous in there own right as Madden 09 guys never tired, Madden 10 guys play 3 plays and they are out of the game. Madden 11 its just right!

I notice this all the time, just change the Fatigue slider to your liking.

It's very apparent with RB's. Yes, a RB gets tired but sometimes I notice my RB will be gone for quarters at a time & I'll have my 3rd string RB playing. Not very realistic at all

Outside of RB's it's not much of an issue though.
