i havent gotten to that part yet, i came home and it was on my front door step. Give me time, but I'll try to anwser all questions. First thing I'm reading about is owner mode...

wow, building a new stadium is HARD! there's 4 stages you must go through

1) design stadium
2) secure funds
3) submit proprosal
4. finalize

if your attempt at a new stadium is rejected, you have to wait untill next offseason to try again! and it takes a year to complete a new stadium.

Does the guide give you a list of cities you can relocate to???? Also is every state represented (including the small ones)????? Thanks in advance for any info you can give me about the cities.

Im glad they made relocating teams hard, cause thats the way it is in the NFL. You cant just up and move teams at will. You need $$, fan support and luck
