Roster updates with incorrect equipment how does this happen?

After downloading the recent roster update I noticed
that Chad Hennepin & Ben rothlisberger both have the wrong
face mask how can ea miss something as simple as a face mask?

Just kidding. I don't know why, but it is a simple fix to edit it yourself. I agree that us as users and consumers shouldn't have to fix these sorts of things..(even if it is as minor as equipment), however for the lack of user control on customization, there's not much we can truly do except hope the correct option is in the game.

No disrespect but I really find this type of complaint pointless.

All I care about is A.I issues and gameplay issues.

Just a quick question. At what point during gameplay do you notice the facemask of players?, and at what moment does it effect playing the game?

I don't think it's pointless, but perhaps if you broadened it to a wider scheme (i.e all equipment, even into ratings but that'd make it a different thread) more people would realize it. Obviously he cares enough about facemasks to post about them, there is no reason to chastise a guy for wanting his personal niche to be accurately represented.

I'm all for freedom of speech, and if this man wants to discuss facemasks, it is no different than the other threads discussing roster inaccuracies or uniform errors. The only true difference was already touched upon, being that it's tough to see and distinguish one from the other to the untrained eye. If it isn't important to you personally (anybody), then don't open it. It takes less effort to ignore it than it does to open the thread, hit quick reply and alienate someone who is posting something important to them.

The facemask Big Ben and Henne wear aren't even in the game. There are a bunch a guys wearing the same facemask this year. Cutler, Schaub, and Ochocinco are all wearing the same one this year off the top of my head.
