i usually use the ravens so i try and get rice 20-25 carries a game, McGahee 5-15 carries and McClain 5-10 carries a game...i utilize the formation subs so that also plays into how many carries they get

I've started using 2 backs exclusively for runs. The way my sliders are set up, I find it very difficult to get any mileage out of run plays without a FB to bulldoze through the D.

I also have a lot of pass and PA plays using 2 backs. Robinson, the Seattle FB, is only a 60 ovr but has good catch and carry skills, so he is my prefered go-to guy in the flats. He's also big so in the open he'll usually break through a CB before the rest of the D gets to him, but it's enough for a 1st down.

Ronnie and Ricky about 60/40 for Ronnie but if Ricky is rolling he will get the lions share and vice a versa

Charles and Jones - 70-30 Charles to Jones

Bradshaw and Jacobs - 50/50

Best/Smith - 80/20



For most teams it works well. If I were playing with CJ, Gore, Turner and ADP they would get 95% of the carries. There are not many workhorse backs left in the league.

bradshaw/jacobs , jacobs comes in when i need a yard or two so he gets like 12 carries a game

I voted Yes since I primarily play as the Pats.

But if I were playing as a team with stellar RB's I suppose that strategy would change.

Yup, especially since I play with fatigue on and injuries at a decently high setting, it makes sense to rotate backs. I also try to vary up my RB usage depending the RB's strengths & weaknesses versus the particular play I expect to call next.
