Uniform edit question

I want to keep the Panthers helmet can I change like just the jersey or do I have to do all?

I would also like to know this. I would think you would be able to keep the helmet. One of the videos showed someone editing the cowboys uniform and I am pretty sure it showed the cowboy helmet with an edited uniform.

Also can you add alternate uniforms and keep the default?
and what's the limit if you can?

I saw some video for the offseason. The person was the cowboys and they got to edit their uniform. I forgot what site this was on, but you can only do it on franchise mode. I saw this in the offseason menu, but the guy was in debt, and I'm not sure if you have to be in debt to change a teams uniform.
