try putting a music cd in your x box and go to the dashboard. It will list the songs you have on the cd (if your x box will read it) and then there will be an option for you to burn it to your hard drive--then you'd press yes. Voila! It's on your hard drive. Then when you get Madden 2004, it should give you the option to play music from your hard drive. Just play around with it, it isn't that hard--put a music cd and play around with it.

i can't get my xbox to read burned cds at all...audio cds that is, i've lookd around on the net unable to find anything...whats the trick?

It must be a CD-RW, *not* just a CD-R. Also, it must be burnt with a CD-RW drive.

The ROOTS, Talib Kweli, Gangstar, Mos Def, Jurassic 5, Strickly Hip-Hop baby. It gets me hype b4 the game.

no, i'm sure there is another person in the world as well.But this post doesn't pertain to you then. Maybe starting your own post like "Anyone who doesn't need music to get hype before a game, please post in my thread"
Personally, I like hearing my own taste of music while going through the off season process ( we all know how long the off season can be, with signing, drafting etc..) Having our own music makes that process better IMHO.

Anyways--yeah-I must say I put a lot of hip hop in my game. But I did put some Linkin Park in there too--Just put "miss Phat booty by Mos" damn--I love that beat.

Memorex cdrw's work like a charm.
