Unnecessary Roughness after Roster Update!

I downloaded the latest roster update today (Xbox 360) and played a game Packers-Vikings. My LB landed a late hit out of bounds and i got a unnecessary roughness call...that´s the first time i saw a call like this in that game. Any of you guys noticed the same? BTW. is the replay now longer and have they added a few new cut scenes too?

I was called on it before (pre-patch), but it's very rare and actually somewhat difficult to do because of how quickly the camera switches away once a play is blown dead. In my case, it was a "late hit" on the CPU going out of bounds.

it was called on me, but I was using the hit stick and landed a good hit just out of bounds, but I have been hit many times out of bounds and it was never called for me

It was called on me once about a month ago for a late hit out of bounce, and I am using week one rosters in my franchise. It seems to be a rarity.

I've seen it happen like 8-10 times. It happens more often in human vs human. Usually on Punt returns or WR's running along the sideline. It often happen when you run the ball carrier out of bounds to avoid the fumble and the guy tries to hitstick anyway.
