OS has created a separate forum for both downloading and discussing roster files. Soon after the release of Madden 2004, you'll be seeing roster files (and draft classes) available for both Xbox and PS2. Until specific files are released, use the Madden 2004 Rosters Sticky to discuss where to get rosters or draft classes, who is working on them, etc.

There is also a FAQ available that should answer all your questions about the Action Replay and the Sharkport/X-Port.

Don't the rosters update automatically when you log online?

Yes - before playing online, you must have the latest Offical EA Roster loaded. You will be asked to download if you don't have them.

However, people will still ask for other, more accurate files. And someone will provide them.

And, of course, Xbox users cannot go online to get rosters, so community-created files are all that's available.

Wasn't sure where to post this.

On the 8/7 EA update, you will need to name two players.

1st is Lavar Arrington (L#51). Change his school from NA to PSU and his number to 56

2nd is DT Ian Scott (DT#77) on Chicago. Change his # to 71.

I just looked at the historic team rosters...Man they won't even let them have the correct jersery number now...that's so shady

I have a question, for some reason I have two roster files on my memory card one titled Rost or something like that the other says rost (o) rost (o) is there any reason to maintain both of these files does it create seperate roster files for playing online games and one for your offline play or did I do something incorrectly and should I just delete one of them?
