why hasn't Madden lived up to expectations?

Real mature. And I do have constructive things to say, read my post dude. And if you are so upset about Madden 11, why wouldn't you go play older games? Whats wrong with that? Many people on OS do that, but it just seems like you have an agenda against Madden 11. That's cool, I'll just stop responding since you can't look past certain things

good point however i did say madden in general....not madden 11 specifically....also i noticed you alot and we do have other icons to use.... anyways i have gone and played all-pro 2k8 numerous times however the lack of nfl license always keeps me coming back to madden....which as i stated before i wish was better......you're just mad that i don't like the same game you do.....which is ********.

I use it a lot because the posts make me . And the lack of NFL license is big, but you can always mod APF2K8 and 2K5 and things like that. Heck, you can even get NFL teams in Backbreaker. Madden 11 is NOT the only option. And I'm not mad lol I don't like the game that much either, but there is no need to complain about it over and over again here

lets just agree to disagree......i thought these sites were for just that...complaining about games you are unhappy with....however it seems people get emotional when you do so from now on ill just talk about how great madden is. for now i would like to end our little disagreement

Lol man the purpose of OS is NOT to complain about games. Maybe other sites, but not here. You can be negative, but do it in a constructive way, don't just bash the game to bash it.


You wanna talk gameplay? The gameplay needs much improvement, and I think the improvement should be using an engine like the Euphoria engine used in GTA IV and Backbreaker. Presentation needs some work, add some weekly highlights in franchise mode and and halftime and post game highlights with interviews so we get immersed in the game.


Things like that, my man, are better than "Madden sucks, gameplay is awful, the Devs don't know what they are doing"

i actually agree with you however frustrations sometimes take over and people start ripping the game (like me) cause they miss the game they once loved so much. i think the features in madden are great and graphics are amazing i just hope that madden can get some realistic gameplay with some consecutive hits and yes some kind of a real physics engine. we all know they can do it....just look at nhl and fifa....two great games but for some reason america's most popular sport can't get it done

Good point about NHL and Fifa. Who knows, maybe getting true physics in a football game is more difficult to render than in a soccer of hockey game
