Is there a way we can get draft picks for trades (Randy Moss, Richard Seymour, Deion Branch, i.e)

You mean you want to trade a player for another teams draft pick, or trade a draft pick for another player?

The answer is yes on both counts, and you can even trade draft picks for draft picks.

When you go to the trade player screen, draft picks are listed after Punter on each teams roster. You can always scroll the list UP when on the ALL list to get there too.

Remember too that you can only amass 10 of them though.
