I just got home with Madden for Xbox and read about the NCAA import glitch, so I wanted to check it out. So I started a franchise with the Bengals, simmed a year and got the #1 overall pick. And I select Scott Madison, a scrambling QB thats 86 overall, 78 for speed, 80 for awareness, 91 for throwing power and 85 for accuracy. How am I gonna pass up playing with this guy!?!?

why would you draft a qb with the #1 pcik. i think theres a guy named carson palmer on the bengles

Cause I was just screwin around dude. Notice I said I wanted to check out the apparent Xbox bug. I didn't even save the thing, relax.

And judging by Carson Palmer's first game against the all-mighty Jet defense, the Bengals might have to draft another QB next year anyway.

Why do I agree? Anyone hear all the crap being spewed after the Redskins/49ers preseason game last year? Then look what happened in the season. Not saying the Bengals are going to surprise anyone, just that I agree that too much emphasis is put on preseason.
