Who are some good coaches

after going 7-9 my first season with the Lions i decided to revamp the front office. i fired all my coaches except Mooch who is doing a good job. i tried to get Marty Kiffin but he wanted the head coaching job. i hired the former Bengals coach [censored you naughty boy] LaBeau and 2 other guys that are really good. i'm wondering who some good coaches are to look for in the offseason. it will help me and maybe others that play the game.

Re: Who are some good coaches

Try to pry Jim Mora Jr. away from SF and make him your OC

Ted Cottrell is a good DC but I think in the game he will only settle for a head coaching job.

That's all I can think of right now.

Re: Who are some good coaches

A good Defensive coach, besides Monte Kiffin, would be Bucs LB Coach Joe Barry. He is listed as the Special Teams coach in the game, but that's b/c there is no LB Coach position in the game. He is a great young assistant in the league and would make a great coordinator. Most of the big-time coordinators aren't going to come to your team unless they get a Head Coaching job. Another great up/coming assistant is former NFL player Tom Rathman. Would make a good Offensive coordinator. Those are just a couple for you.

Re: Who are some good coaches

I was gonna mention singletary as well. I hope I can snag him as my DC

I'm also going to replace Gilbride with a young OC who's good with RBs.
