Quick Resigning question for those that control 32 teams

Once I have completed all the resigning i want, how do i end resigning/free agency without simulation?

I like to have big players move around during free agency. For example, if Peyton Manning is a free agent, I like to play out the idea of him going to play for the jaguars or something crazy.

So after I've done all my signings, I hit start and it goes into free agency. However, the CPU simulates it and Manning ends up with the Colts again.

Can anyone explain how to do this?

Make sure that the re-signing options are on user control and not CPU under the franchise options screen. You will need to set them for all teams individually, unlike in Madden 10.
