With Patch 1.05, Why Ability to Edit Players in Franchise NOT included?

EA asked for the input and I would say the majority came away with the same conclusion which is that more options the better and there is little reason to limit the offline franchise experience. So with the most recent and last patch, why not include it?

Yea, I figured it was for 12, but I was also hoping it would be in this patch as a surprise.

I can't imagine they had time to work a feature that could break the game on so many levels into a patch. There's no way, I'm closing this before it turns into an EA Bashing thread
