Is Madden 11 worth getting now after last patch?

I just want to get the opinion of those that have played the game from the beginning. I was one that played madden 11 for about 3 weeks, but traded it in because of the game being broken. I'm hearing mixed opinions about the game after this last patch so i'm still debating on either picking up Madden 11,NCAA 11, or both. If I could get your feed back, it would be appreciated.
