In experimenting on moving teams I found out that you either have to have a cache of cash or a generous goverment who will foot the bill for new digs.

Are you supposed to save money or something?

I had trouble making money in my first season I simmed aswell. My attendance was pretty crappy so I raised advertising but that made me lose even more money because the advertising wasn't bringing in enough ticket sales.

You have to have a good season to collect tons of money, and of course getting home field advantage and winning the super bowl really helps too.

I got my attendance up to 99% and my fan support to a full bar with my Lions franchise!!

Im 6-5 and exceeding fan expecations is what my advisors say

Also you need a city/town that wants a team badly and is willing to pay alot of the moving/stadium costs - I had to sim 4 years until I found a suitable city. Manhatten NY - go figure.
