Just wondered if those things are still available for the game or does EA take them down. Can you still play Madden 2010 online?

You can still get patches.

Im not sure about roster updates or on-line play however.

I think its only 9.99 used. So I am going to get it to play with my nephews over the holiday.

Hopefully I will still be able to get the roster updates.

Yes you can. EA closed the servers to Madden 09 and below down.

I don't think they will be this years roster updates though, I think you can only get the most up to date roster for the end of last season, but i'm not sure.
