What's up, Obviously I will be talking about swagger and chemisty but how it should effect franchise mode.
Having his means they MUST bring back PLAYER ROLES.
Chemistry and Swagger should go hand and hand. Being that players have their own swagger rating in madden, they should average it in into an overall rating. The teams with higher ratings should be more prone to distractions (Jets in this case) vs the more discipline teams.
Jets franchise rating:
Offense:85
Defense:89
Special Teams: 83
Swagger/chemistry- 90/84
They have talent of course but are distracted.Also we should be able to guide our team as a coach like if you feel that they're distracted have an option to say "get your head's in the game guys,come on!" and have that effect them positively,negatively, or not at all depending on the coaches leadership rating like if you were Wade Phillips, it wont even change the team.
This should take off In the locker room before and after the game. example: Before the game, They're in a huddle ready to go and the coach pumps them up like "We need this win or we get nothing, destroy these guys" (do voice overs), have the players respond " yes coach!" or "yes sir!". Have a response option Positive,Uplifting,Negative,Advisory.
