Custom Playbooks

Does anybody know if this feature is going to be added back to the game for 12? I would love to be able to put together my own custom playbook choosing from any formations and plays they currently have on the game. Create a play would be good too for offline mode.

No one knows yet, the info has just started to come out, give it time. But if I had to guess I would say yes, that's been one of the most asked for features for years. Last year we got gameplanning, this year custom playbooks?

I hope so.. They messed it up pretty bad when the shortened the playbook this year. It was kind of hard to find a playbook I actually liked. This would be great for me..

That's exactly the reason why I'm skeptical. It has been asked for for years and it's still not there, while it would be a feature relatively easy to include.

Actually I'm not sure how easy it would be.

If you think about practice mode, the only things you can't change without exiting and loading a new practice session are Teams and Playbooks. Pretty much everything else is adjustable on the fly (sliders, sides, practice type etc etc).

That said I would love this feature to be in the game.

I would love to have the feature, but Phil mentioned a few yrs ago it would take a huge undertaking.

He is the one that designed it on last generation.

Who knows, though, until more info starts flowing.

Very easy. I'm sure. A lot easier than including GameFlow, in any case.
