Madden 12: We're All Involved

Pasta Padre talks about announcement coming from Ea Monday regarding 12.

EA had this to say:


Big, perhaps reassuring, news coming Monday and you’re all involved….you won’t want to miss this.


Pasta said it could mean voting for the cover, which is a possibility. or does it really mean, email them our names and we will be the players in Madden 12?

The cover athlete just isn't that big of a deal to me. I'll be disappointed if that is the news we get on Monday, which I'm sure it will be.

Me either. A game cover never infuenced me to buy a video game. I wouldnt care if Roger Goodell was on the cover, I would buy the game if certain things are fixed
It wll be one of the things covered in ther teaser. along with a franchise tidbit as fillycheze said.
I want to know the length of the teaser video. It will probably be anywhere around 1-2 mins

Same here, I'm not worried about the cover either. I just want OFFLINE Franchise to be fixed finally, along with other things EA needs to fix. They have already said Onside Kick will be in the game, so I could see this being a big let down by showing more Onside Kick Footage and something about voting for a Cover Player instead of talking about something more important.

I don't understand how they would think the cover be a big deal or anything to us. But I guess it is to some people. But still looking forward to see who will be on the cover this year anyway. Plus the video and other tidbit info we might get along the way this week.

There will be franchise improvements. that's the most reassuring thing I can think of.

Meh, cover athletes don't matter to me at all.

Voting on a cover to me isnt that important. In fact, I like it when they chose a player each year that was related to the improvements made (Ray Lewis - Defense, Shaun Alexander - Running, etc)

Also, with so many people making custom covers today, people could probably care less about who is on the cover

Finally (Just for Fun), people probably vote against their favorite team or palyer to avoid the Madden Jinx
