60%. If it goes gold in the 2nd week of July (typically), and E3 in June is where it is shown off (I'd imagine it's 85-90% by then)....

3 months give or take a week until E3 is a LOT of time. Then an extra month of final tweaks and bug testing until it's off to pressing, seems like a fair guess. Then again, my knowledge of actual video game production is below zero...So I'm hoping this rambling slur of number guesses is anywhere close to the ballpark.

90 plus%. They can't tell us what's gonna be in it, then have to make a suprise change and take something out. They're prolly just tinkering with sliders aka settings, graphics, ratings ofcourse, and maybe deciding what will possibly be DLC or unlockable. They know by now they can't indian give with us, like announcing their pulling Custom Playbooks later. They wouldn't take that chance. By any content announcement time, they're 90plus.

According to this tweet from Filycheze Executive Producer for Madden its already hit Alpha:

If my experience at Community Day in 2008 was any indicator...

I'll guess the Alpha version is available in early early to mid-May. Beta versions in early June. The game goes Gold in late-June to early-July for disks to be pressed, packaged, and shipped to be in stores on Tuesday in the 2nd week of August.

In any case... I'm not playing 12 until August... I still have literally HUNDREDS of games to play on Madden 11 yet.

One would raise the question, is it good or bad that the game is "done" in late March for an August release?
