That's Clay attempting a tackle on Forte, (you can see the BALL in his right arm) but the positioning makes it look like he's focused in running past him and getting to another player. Maybe it's the 2 dimension that's throwing it off, but he doesn't look ready to wrap and make that tackle. It looks like it's about to be one of the many broken tackles that plagued Madden 11.

Maybe they're demonstrating and example of "bad" positioning before moving to the ideal look in the second pic.
