That scale is what the NCAA series uses -- when you're recruiting players they list them at a 40 time and then when you sign them to your roster they get a a numerical rating. After a number of classes I found this to be the scale. I haven't played Madden in a few years, so I'm not sure if they use the same one, but I don't see why they wouldn't, especially since 4.24 is the highest listed rating, as well as the highest electronic time ever run at the combine.

It's the scale I'm using going forward.

Wonder what happened to Trindon Holiday's 4.21 and Jacoby Ford's 4.22 then if 4.24 was the highest ever I don't think that is accurate.

I remember Vick ran a 4.2 back in Atlanta. Not the combine though.

I have his best verified time at 4.35. He did not run at the combine in 2001.

yeah, it wasn't verified. I used to have connections with the Falcons and it was just at a practice. Still, people were wowed at the time. Dude can run.
