I am in year 1 with Arizona and approaching the off-season. If I put in for a new stadium in Arizona, Im going to have to put in a lot of out-of-pocket money.

How long does the game allow you to be in the red ? And does the game give you any kind of waiver for stadium costs on your ledger ?

Than what if u cant pay they kick u out and go to bankruptcy court

Nope, they fire you as owner. And I dont know waht happens after that. My guess is you can just go to another team since they let you switch user control to any team in the off season.

You get foreclosed. I.E. Go out of business
