When signing new coaches, does the playbook change? Say I sign a def coach who uses cover 2 will my def now use cover 2? Of will my off playbook change?

i think the defensive playbooks change cause i simmed through my franchise w/the falcons and hired monty kiffen and it changed from a 3-4 to a 4-3.

But Kiffen runsthe cover 2 on here right? Plus Im assuming you only could hire him as head coach. So maybe the new def cord it changed with him?

This wouldnt affect me would it? Because I use my profile, and I have my offense and defense set already....so would this make a diff for me?

I signed a new DC and none of my settings changed.

So then the only affect coaches have are on player progression? If you had a better coach, would it pick better plays for you for the "Ask" Feature?

I don't know how yours didn't change. I guess I haven't found a way to set a permanent playbook but whenever I have a coaching change (I've only noticed it so far with the HC) it changes my playbook to that coach's playbook.

If you hire a new headcoach, your playbook changes with him.
