madden commentary

Having well timed, well placed, informative, and smoothly transitioned commentary imo...adds greatly to the overall gaming experience.

Whereas, ill timed, cobbled together commentary, really can kinda spoil the flow of the game. For me...I'm looking for the illusion of reality when playing my favorite sports games. And good commentary kinda helps to keep that illusion going.

With them now having Gus and Chis in the studio together while recording their lines, that should really help to improve Madden's commentary quite a bit.

I hope they have opening sequence commentary and it changes throughout the year. Keep it fresh that's all I ask. And get excited when big plays happen.

To an extent. I feel they did a good job with big plays this year...Only problem was Gus was just as excited on a 3rd and 8 that got a 4 yard gain.

That and anytime he got excited it seemed like such a delay from the play to the commentary.

Haha yea you'd think the commentary would be linked to what button I press when I pass.

If I have my WR running a 9 route and he is 40 yards down field and I press his icon you'd think he would then automatically say going up top at that point.

If they kill the failed coach audio feature they HYPED last year then maybe they won't have so many gaps and it will flow better.
