In madden 2002, you could only select your uniform when you were home. So in franchise mode......

1) Can you wear your alternate uniform when your on the road? Like the Bucs white on white.

2) If you were on the road, and you wanted to wear your dark color, can you still move your controller to the home team, change the uniform, and then move it back to you? Or did they remove the abbility to control your opponent in franchis mode?

To your first question, yes, you have a variety of uniforms you can wear on the road.

For your 2nd question, yep, they left this option in the game. So if you're playing against the Dolphins on the road, you may choose to have them wear all white, or all aquamarine, or a combination of both, then move the controller back to your team and pick your jerseys.
